Dana White Says He’s Been Talking To Zuckerberg And Musk After The Two Said They Wanted To Fight

Dana White, the president of SUFC, recently confirmed that he spoke with both Mark Zuckerberg and Elon Musk.

According to White, both billionaires are “absolutely dead serious” about entering the ring in Las Vegas for a fight.

“Talked with Mark and Elon last night. Both guys are absolutely dead serious about this,” White said to TMZ, Thursday. He went on to say that when asked about his intentions to actually step into the ring with Musk, Zuckerberg replied by saying, “send me location,” which is a direct UFC reference that indicates commitment.

This news may come as a shock to many who assumed that they were merely talking big but White has reported that they have expressed interest in making this fight happen and it would be huge.

He said to TMZ “This would be the biggest fight ever – in the history of the world”. “These guys would raise hundreds of millions of dollars for charity,”

“You don’t have to be a fight man to be interested in this fight. Everybody would wanna see it,” he said.

White already put some thought into how this would be orchestrated.  He indicated he would “build a real card — they’d be the main event,” he said.

Things kicked off when Musk responded to a Twitter thread from June 20 that was mocking Zuckerberg, with the Twitter boss writing, “I’m up for a cage match if he is lol.” The joke was a response to a tweeter saying Zuck “does the ju jitsu [sic] now,” which is a reference to him recently winning a medal in a Brazilian jiu-jitsu tournament.

Zuckerberg then took to Instagram, reportedly publishing a Story that featured a screenshot of Musk’s tweet and in big letters, “Send Me Location.”

When word got back to Elon, he seemingly responded with “Vegas Octagon,” which appeared to be a reference to the location request that Zuckerberg sent out.

“I have this great move that I call ‘The Walrus,’ where I just lie on top of my opponent & do nothing,” tweeted Musk.

All in all, this upcoming face off between Zuckerberg and Musk promises to be one of the most talked about events in recent times – if not ever!
