In June 2021, Infowars host Owen Shroyer pleaded guilty to a Class A Misdemeanor of Entering and Remaining in a Restricted Building or Grounds.
The charge was brought against him eight months after he had been present outside the US Capitol on January 6, 2021.
After nearly two years of defending himself against charges related to his presence that day, Shroyer chose to accept a plea bargain. In order for the government to review his social media accounts for any incriminating evidence, he allowed them access.
Prosecutors are attempting to punish Owen for his speech, specifically by accusing him of “inciting violence” while outside the US Capitol.
However, he and Alex Jones were warning people not to go inside as they believed it was a setup.
Despite this fact, the regime has sought to imprison Owen for 120 days in an effort to silence him and other Trump supporters. This is a clear violation of free speech rights and must be fought against.
Who are the true criminals here?
