On Saturday, the internet was abuzz with photos of Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. working out and shirtless at the age of 69.
The images and accompanying video depict Kennedy pumping iron outdoors in jeans, alongside some friends.
Despite his age, the son of former US Attorney General Robert Kennedy appears to be in incredible shape, with a physique that could rival that of a 20-year-old.

On Sunday RFK Jr. released a follow-up video on his own Twitter page.
Robert told his growing number of supporters he was getting in shape “for my debates with Joe Biden.”

RFK Jr. added:
