Hunter Biden’s Tax Charges Dismissed By Judge Noreika

On Thursday, Judge Maryellen Noreika dismissed tax charges against Hunter Biden, who had been accused of failing to pay over $100,000 in income taxes to the federal government from his earnings of $1.5 million in 2017 and 2018.

The average American would be fined and/or in prison for committing the same crime.

The charges were misdemeanor counts.

Hunter should have faced one year in prison for committing these crimes.

Being the son of Joe Biden has its perks.

FOX News reported:

Hunter Biden’s misdemeanor tax charges have been dismissed by a federal judge in Delaware, an expected move after his “sweetheart” plea deal fell through last month during his first court appearance in the case.

The Justice Department submitted a filing last week to dismiss the case ahead of a possible trial on Biden’s felony gun charge in a different district.

After the plea deal fell apart, Biden pleaded “not guilty” as federal prosecutors confirmed he is still under federal investigation. He was expected to plead guilty to the two misdemeanor tax counts of willful failure to pay federal income tax as part of the plea deal to avoid jail time on the felony gun charge.

    COMPOUNDED INJUSTICE SIRED BY INJUSTICE

“[B]ecause they have … trespassed against my law … they have sown the wind, and they shall reap the whirlwind….” (Hosea 8:1, 7)

Case in point: the constitutional framers’ rejection of justice as can only be defined by the Author of good of evil, whereby justice was invariably replaced with injustice that has inevitably resulted in compounded injustice.

“…According to Habakkuk 1:7, not only did the Chaldeans’ authority originate with themselves, but so did their justice. And so does the justice of WE THE PEOPLE: “WE THE PEOPLE of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice….” What an audacious assertion. Only Yahweh is just, and only He can establish justice:

‘Justice and judgment are the habitation of thy [Yahweh’s] throne: mercy and truth shall go before thy face.’ (Psalm 89:14)

“Anytime autonomous man attempts to establish justice outside Yahweh’s moral laws, the result is always injustice. In Isaiah 5:20, this transposition is depicted as calling good evil and evil good. The word “autonomous” comes from two Greek words: auto meaning self and nomos meaning law. The word, which literally means “self-law,” is just another way of describing humanism and, in this instance, constitutionalism….”
