On Thursday, Joe Biden visited New York to sit down with Nicolle Wallace of the DNC public relations firm MSNBC.
The interview was expected to focus on his presidential term, but it quickly became apparent that Biden had difficulty even discussing basic American history.
Immediately after being asked about his presidency, Biden began by confusing the Constitution and Declaration of Independence in a scathing attack against the Supreme Court. This was only the beginning of a tumultuous interview which included a troubling lie from Biden himself.
When speaking about his past career as a professor at UPenn, he stated that he “had a significant budget to hire a lot of people for the Biden Democracy Fund” when in reality he was paid one million dollars by UPenn without ever teaching a single class.
This is one of several lies which has become all too common for Mr. Biden and it remains unknown why this continues to be used as part of his personal narrative given its lack of accuracy.
After what can only be described as an awkward interview, Mr. Biden quickly made his way off-set without taking any questions from Nicolle Wallace or anyone else present in the studio.
